We spent 7 glorious days at the cottage and simply fell in love with both the stunning area and perfect house. For a family with a range of children ages we were so grateful for all the very well thought out extras in the house; toys, books, games etc to help amuse when home. We were blown away at just how well equipped the house was, for a keen cook the house has a wonderful kitchen and dining area. The weather during our visit was very cold and windy but we still felt we explored a good amount of the beautiful area. But having such a snug ‘home from home’ house to cosy up in each evening which we all felt immediately comfortable in was the icing on the cake. We have a child with a life limiting illness and impending paralysis we were so grateful that in our week at Cowries we made some magical, memorable special memories, ones we will treasure forever. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to use the cottage for our holiday. Thank you to the Sandcastle Trust for selecting us to enjoy this week- we did so much more than we ever thought so thank you again xxxMuch love The Donnelly’s.

This was our second stay. Excellent holiday accommodation. Fantastic location for beaches, local walk-to pubs and restaurants and easy access in/out of Padstow. Can’t fault the accommodation in any way. Would recommend this to anyone looking for that little extra luxury from your standard accommodation.
